LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

The Leadership Development programme is compiled to assist newly-elected LRC members to become leaders of tomorrow.

The Michelle McLean Children Trust’s commitment towards the youth in Namibia is proved through this programme presented at Rock Lodge in Okahandja.

Each year two groups of LRC members attend this programme which includes the following:

• Self-discovery
• Orientation
• Strategic planning
• Trust
• Mission
• Vision
• Attitude
• Problem solving
• Practical implementation
